Here at Inner Beauty, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Every shipment goes through a vigorous inspection before delivery, ensuring all of our items are in their best condition before arriving to their destinations.

All returns of damaged items are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase date. 

1. Email us at support@innerbeautyclothes.com and include the following information:

Type of Damage

Refund or Replacement

2. You will receive an email response from one of our customer service representatives, including your return label. Print this label and package your item(s) in their original packaging in new and unused condition. Please include all tags and labels in your original packaging.

3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). Your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 days of your return's arrival.
